How many karmaboxxes will I need? How many should karmaboxxes should I order?

Our karmacombos represent the number of karmaboxxes we have found the AVERAGE move requires based upon the number of bedrooms and the square footage. If your home has more bedrooms OR more square feet than our sugessted karmacombo, you should get the next size karmacombo. We recommend that you pick out an appropriate karmacombo and the add on a karmabundle or some karma solo items to ensure you have enough moving supplies for your move. For example, if you live in a 2 bedroom house that is 1200 square feet and you have a garage full of stuff, you need to order at least a 3 bedroom karmacombo and probably add a medium karmabundle.

What if I need to keep my karmaboxxes longer than I originally thought?

Don’t worry if you need to keep your karmaboxxes a week or two later. The price to extend any of our karmacombos can be found on our residential products page. Just let us know as soon as you can if you need to keep the karmaboxxes longer than expected.

What if I decide I need more karmaboxxes once you have already delivered my order?

If you decide you need more karmaboxxes you can place a second order. We charge half of the delivery charge to make a second trip out provided we are still picking up both order at the same time (i.e. Seattle delivery charge = $20; $10 one way).

What happens if I miss my drop-off or my pick up?

Our driver will call you once he is on his way to either drop-off or pick-up your karmaboox order. If you are not home when he arrives, you will be charged an additional one way pick-up or drop-off charge as well as any extension charges which are billed in one week cycles.

Is delivery included in the price of the karmaboxxes?

No our delivery fee (which includes delivery and pick-up) is contingent on your location and ranges from $20-$50 depending on your zip code, but you get 50% OFF your delivery fee when you spend $150 or more. To find out how much your delivery fee will be simply enter in both your present and future zip code into the blue box on the right.

Can I come pick-up the karmaboxxes myself?

Because our drivers are constantly on the on the go and our office staff is not insured to move the karmaboxxes in the warehouse, we don't offer pick-up service.

What if I want to return my order earlier?

You can return the karmaboxxes early but please note that it will be subject to availability. We also do not offer refunds for early returns.

How do I label the boxes?

The easiest way to label the karmaboxxes is to use our Easy Peel labels which you can purchase when placing your order. You can also use masking or painter's tape as well. All we ask is that you remove all labels or tape before we pick everything up to avoid additional fees.

What if I need to keep my karmaboxxes longer?

If you know you need more time please contact us 24 hours BEFORE your pick-up date to extend your order. The extension charges for all of our items can be found on our Residential Products page. We will submit a new invoice for your extension and arrange to take payment when we pick everything up.

How do I redeem my Promo or Coupon Code?

If you have a promo or coupon code you can redeem it at the end of our online ordering process in the Promo Code window located in the shopping cart. If you have any questions send us an email at info@karmaboxx.com OR call us at 206-588-0969.

Do I have to be home for the delivery or pick-up?

You do not have to be home for the delivery or pick-up but you will be responsible for any missing karmaboxxes once they are delivered. Also our drivers will NOT deliver or pick-up any supplies that are left out in the rain. If the karmaboxxes are wet, you will be responsible to dry out the karmaboxxes, and will be subject to a $30 missed pick-up charge as well as any additional extension charges. If you leave the karmaboxxes outside make sure they are in a dry place protected from the rain and easily accessible to our drivers.

How are the karmaboxxes cleaned?

We clean every box with a non-toxic disinfectant so that every karmaboxx is ready for the next move!

Will I get a call before my Delivery or Pick-up?

You will get an reminder email from us 2 days before any delivery or pick-up. On the day of your delivery or pick-up our driver will call you to let you know he is on his way.
